on average, I may get 4 hours a day sleep  this has been constant for a few years, I trade through many different time zones, add in family and friends ( Madjack's is always logged on :0074 ) I drink and have fun, yet don't need an alarm clock  It might catch up to me sooner or later, just afraid I might be to busy to notice it.

anyone else have weird sleeping habit's?

I have worked nights for years, so that leads to terrible sleep habits. I also snore like a mf. I have had a sleep study, but intervention wasn't recommended. That's been a few years, so I'm thinking about doing that again.

U probably should get a sleep study. I would wager u have some sort of sleep disorder, and if treated, u would probably feel loads better and sleep more.

I don't sleep much. I usually read from about 10 pm until 1 or 2, depending on how good my book is. If something wakes me up, I can't go back to sleep, so sometimes I will wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning and read for a couple more hours. Cannot sleep past 8.

Sleep is a waste of time.

I can go to sleep any time, anywhere. I average 5-6 hours a night. Sleep is over-rated. :0008

I hate to tell you this, but alcohol is one of the most dangerous drugs there is.

So not only do you use a drug, you use the most harmful of them all. :sadwave:

I drink, so I'm not trying to put you down. I just hate the way society treats alcohol as if it is not a drug. This leads to the ruination of so many lives when it is thought of in this manner.

You're missing the best part of the day. 3am-6am. So peaceful.

I have to get up for work at 3 am but there's no way I could do that and bet on/watch sports so I usually get by on 2 2 or 3 hour naps per day. One in the early afternoon and one at around midnight. I sleep a full 8 hours straight on my days off. I know it's far from ideal, but I never feel tired so I guess it works for me.
