Yes we do, ya just need to know what to look for and stay away from it.

I am sure there is somewhere in Las Vegas that has the following:
- Single or Double Deck Blackjack
- You can see the dealer shuffle the cards
- You can see the cards in the dealer hands
- Blackjack pays 3-2
- Can split on any two cards
- Can double down on any two cards
And if there isn't, I am sure there is somewhere in the USA where the above rules are in play.
So yeah......everything will be ok
nowadays you can find a single or double game and all the things you said up there, but not every casino. You litterly have to search for them.........and in the ones that have them, they have 1 or 2 tables (with a people waiting)..........the rest are shuffle machines. I live in California so I just go to the Indian or Tribal casinos where they still treat you with respect.
