you're right. i'll be back tomorrow. these things are evil, i tell ya. one slip up and the little guy in my head says it's okay to wait a little longer to quit. I CAN'T BE HEARING IT! i am back on first thing tomorrow. promise! and there are going to be a few guys here that i will have to thank for keeping on my ass. you are definitely one.bear said:

Jackson, I'll join you tomorrow as a start date. I thought about last week, but I had this already-planned romantic getaway over the weekend (with a girl who smokes), so I just felt that would be fighting a losing battle. But the weekend is over, and it's time to do something about this.
Go for it Jack. Get back on the bandwagon, there are still people up there and they will let you back on. Start again tonight!

You ARE going to succeed at this and it takes the large kahones
to get back on board...That was my problem..once I fell ..I was essentially done because it became too easy to cheat.........So thats it!

That quote inspired me to say something. Having been through some serious health issues 2 years ago, my doctor said you need to change NOW! It included excerise, eating ther right foods, stop drinking, etc. If you find this korny, ignore it. I have it framed in my office as a reminder as to why I changed some things for the better:

I didn't think I was going to come on to madjacks tonight other than maybe take a peek at some tips on the Wash/GS game but I had to see how everyone with the smoking was doing. The reason I did quit smoking was for me. Yes, my mom, dad, sisters, girlfriend, friends and people that love and care about me would want me to stay health and so should I.
To those who want to stop smoking, pick a day that you're ready and remember:
Its a battle, a continous battle, probably one of the toughest battles you will have to face in your life. But smoking is a battle you want to win NOW, because it will save you pain of other possible battles.
