Doochuck, way to go . I Quit Nov. 1. You can expect good and bad days, but you can do it. It is more about just getting through the cravings. good luck.:toast:

doochuk.....from my own personal experience cold turkey is what worked for me. The reason being though, was that I was finally done with quitting. I tried everything that could have been tried but the bottom line was that I didn't really or really wasn't ready until that final day. I'd still like to have one but I know how much I went through to get to where I'm at now so NO WAY :nono: . Good luck as it will be hard, and you'll have your moments but you can do it. One other thing if I may...I never told or spoke about it to no one as I tried to just blank it out of my mind. Best 2U

Best of luck to you. I quit 8 years ago. It is different for everybody but it is not going to be easy. Hang in there. You can do it.

There is one i can think of. There are a few assholes around here that smoke but since they are starting to ban smoking in bars these guys refuse to go to those establishments. I tell them atta boy that is the way to stick it to them. Best law ever created.

Just think of how you look when you have to smoke and it has to be outside. It looks like a couple of crack addits out front of those establishments all huddle up.
