Vance Joseph will be out by 2020. That is generous though, I want him gone now. Special teams coach can go too. Whole staff is fucking terrible. Wade Phillips was the brains behind this defense. They are not even a fraction of what they were.
Paxton Lynch won't be the answer either. They need to do some serious off season dealing. Talib will be traded for some draft stock I'm almost certain. Wouldn't be shocked if they deal Von too.
Knowing how Elway approaches situations though, they'll probably just go hard after Kirk Cousins and keep this awful staff.
