My business flourished, and I sold the shop and retired in 1998....I was 48.

RN with a 4 year degree. Have been shift supervising/running a 61 bed hospital since '98. Also still routinely do regular patient care.

Clint, you stuck it out a long time. That's a lot longer than most the nurses I work with stay anywhere. I don't know you so it's hard to say but what about some kind of sales or consulting position? You can always PRN it until you find something and that way you won't be stuck in a job.

With your experience as a nurse and a 4 year I would think that several companies would love to talk to you about changing what you do.

I don't think I would like sales, but the consulting sounds great. I have seen u post before; don't you recruit doctors and nurses? If u have any ideas of where I could start looking, please feel free to let me know.
