My son has been Gluten free for 2 years, along with being Vegan..........he even drinks Gluten free beer. Give Udi's Gluten free products a try, I use the bread, it's really good.

Udi's poducts are the best-been gluten free for 1 -1/2 years--no probllem and there is a local micro-brew out here that makes great gluten free beer.
