I've texted him a couple of possible signs to hold up as he'll be right behind home plate!!!

"Ponch Rocks!" I think would get a lot of air-play. I also suggested "Hi Madjacks!!"

Please post some suggestions as he will be leaving to tail-gate soon I would think and he needs to stop by the store for poster-board and markers.

Serious posts only!

TIA & YTB!

Thanks for the invite. :0003

Sorry boss, I got asked to go from a surgeon customer/friend of mine. I didnt pay for the ticket. I did buy the dinner-drinks at Hyde Park though, which was a pretty tab. We were a little further back about 40 rows behind home plate section 117, good seats.

In all of my going to games, many many Steeler or Penguin playoff games, which includes Stanley Cup games, that was the most electric atmosphere I have ever seen from the fan base. Ever. It was fucking insane. Great time and fantastic for the city.

I think I saw jr11 last night.

Were you wearing a black shirt?

Actually I wasnt, I was wearing a McCutcheon gray game jersey. I didnt get the memo.

I am still in awe of that scene last night. Playoff baseball, single game elimination was beyond intense. The crowd was on Cueto like you wouldnt believe, and in my opinion he was a little rattled. Trust me, I made my way over from college to 3 Rivers for the playoffs in 91 and 92, and I dont recall this type of fan reaction. I get the thirst for it after 21 years being awful, and that is much of response built up, but damn did this city covet this again in a big way.
