same thing happened to me as FDC and I'm working my ass off for the last 2 hours trying to make sure there's no key logger installed on my puter and i'm not going to put in any passwords until i am sure everything is ok.

FDC, all of a sudden a screen popped up and installed a program, without my permission. WTF?

so i ran a norton scan and it locked up. then i rebooted and when windows opened norton said a key logger was installed and do i accept it or deny it. of course i denied it and my puter rebooted automatically.

then i thought it would be a good idea to do a system restore and i tried 3 different times and it never let me.

now i'm running adaware and then i'm going to run norton again.

any other suggestions?

i'm pretty sure norton covered me but going to cover all bases before i start typing in pw's.

this sounds exactly like the same thing that FDC had and bad2dabone too, btw.

i do that when i'm bored. there are a shitload, like 40, but when i google them i find they are safe.

like reading a bunch of chinese.

Jack I'd check your emails you received just prior that had any attachments or links you might have clicked on to see where it might have came from.
