Spring Break for Kids Question?

We are going to Walt Disney World on April 18th as some of you know and I was wondering....

As I was taking the kids to school they listen to RadioDisney on XM radio and the DJ this morning had kids calling in and saying what they are up to and multiple kids said they are going to DisneyWorld for Spring Break......

So my question is when is you kids Spring Break?
My kids had it in Mid-March

Do schools around the country have Spring Break this late?

I was going now so we could miss most of the Spring Break people.
