Don't be. It was a huge gamble. It could have just as easily dropped to 50 cents.

Not sure, Nelson, I've never done the WSEX live betting.
bleeddodgerblue is very familar with wsex trading, maybe he can help you out.ok thanks. if someone elses can supply the stock-market equivalent to live betting, please chip in. wsex says it was founded by options traders. havent done any options or day trading myself. just wondering if any of you all who play the market find your trading easier and more profitable -- or vastly different and more difficult -- than live betting.

live betting at wsex & day trading = VERY SIMILAR.....I cant speak to day trading, i dont do it but i know a bit about it....wsex live betting though, you're basically buying shares of a team to cover the spread, and the shares move up/down based on what happens in the game (you probably know this)....it can really make you nice money if a game goes against the team you like, then you can get in pretty cheap and hope for a comeback......or if you want to make 'easy money' you buy the team when theyre covering and hope they hold on....but it varies wildly based on a play, ie turnovers move the markets like crazy and there is a $5 margin b/w bid/sell so thats how they make their money...
not to hijack this, but id like to hear more about day-trading....(I assume thats what you're askin bout too, nelson)....sh*t is so volatile lately there is room for profits so far as i can see, but very risky and need capital....plus at least with stocks they dont move quite as violently as it does in wsex when a game-changing play happens..
