Stop loss is the right move for you. The only to be concerned with there is a gap down.

Good job Jack--here are questions I always ask myself when in the "tempted" mode

Would you have taken (been satisfied with) that profit when you 1st bought it--if so what has changed my mind--fundamentals or greed

If in doubt sell some and take free look on their dime--

bought AKAM at 20.42 on a gamble they beat earnings est and flys after hours and tomorrow. short squeeze time if that happens. if it doesn't i'll just hold on until i make a nice gain and that will happen.
