I looked at VG a couple of weeks ago @ .38 and thought about buying, I didn't like the daily volume and passed, saw the SOB cross on the CNBC ticker yesterday around the 2.50 mark.

:(

Going to jump on the Vinnie Money Train one of these days.

SPNG

what's the plan here? i was stuck for a long time and it's sure nice seeing this nice profit on paper. i'd sure hate to go back and do that all over again. i'd hate to miss a huge run up too.

i don't see where this 10K can help the SP any at all. there's not going to be any NEW news, only confirming what is already known, right? but bad news will hurt the SP in a major way.

i don't know whether i should play safe and take my nice profit or gamble here. nice profit meaning mid 3000's when i was stuck for more than that for a good while.

thoughts?

Get in free roll position. Pull out your original investment and see what happens.

I don't think filing the 10K will make a huge impact, either. That particular event is mostly priced in at this point.

That does not mean that after the 10K is filed, they will not have some REAL events take place that greatly effect the price upward.

i have used the term 'free roll position' but i don't buy it. right now my account balance is x dollars with SPNG. if i take my original investment out and roll with what's left, it's still my money to lose

like SRZ. i made 90K the first round but this round i'm down about 10K. am i up 80K or down 10K? i guess it's how you want to look at it or how you want to justify losing.

i'm back to thinking about taking half off the table, i think.

market prob not a good thing for me because i'm greedy and have very little discipline.

10k info will most likely get a little run based on a document "truly" showin the AS / OS which I think will make an uptick. Then the 10q in October (I believe)...

Jack, you do more turning in stock than I do, so maybe you can use the cash you gained to find and fund more opps. Dawgball would probably agree to do that. I think we have so much more potenital that I may be jaded one way. Hard for me to tell you to sell, when I am being greedy! :SIB

Totally agree. It is your money; not house money. I look at it if I think there is high potential with high risk, then I have an opportunity to leave a little skin in the game without being hurt overall.

You have two separate trades:
1. Positive $90K
2. Negative $10K

This is the way I look at these.

These two statements are fully contradictory, btw. :)

Here

I got even more money to get back in with the recent sales.
Every stock I sold this year is higher as of today with the exception of LEA.
I'm not complaining about the sales just want to get back in at a discount.

We may never see it under 9000 again :scared my plan is to go all cash in 4 years. :D
