Ohio but not a Buckeye
Even with Carson Palmer no way this team wins 7 games. They are a 3 win team at best this year. They have NO running game, their offensive line SUCKS. Their pass rush is marginal at best. They only really have 1 good corner in Leon Hall who is shut down worthy, but that's it.

They're probably the 2nd worst team behind the Chiefs. I honestly think Detroit is better.

Dear Mr. Owner:

I'm soooo glad you made money off these guys. I have season tickets to this garbage. The homeless refuse tickets to take these tickets on gameday. However, these horrible excuses for professional football players may set the record for zero wins in a single season.

December 28, 2008 at 1:00 is the last game of the year against Kansas City. 3 days after Christmas, cold, windy ..... that stadium will be so empty.

Unless, they are 0-15 which is a strong possiblity with the following schedule

Jacksonville
Bye
Philadelphia
at Pittsburgh
Baltimore
at Indianapolis
Washington
at Cleveland
Kansas City

I don't see any wins in there until week 16 at Cleveland or week 17 at home against Kansas City. You just gotta love Mike Brown. Since 1990, when he took over as general manager, this team has had one winning season.

In 18 years, he has had 1 winning season. 1-18. And I am one of the 64,000 idiots who buys season tickets so that this fuckwad continues to do business as usual.

Hey Jack -- you didn't tell us you had inside info:

Houshmandzadeh guarantees at least two wins
Posted: Adam Schefter | Adam Schefter | Tags: Cincinnati Bengals, T.J. Houshmandzadeh

Usually guarantees involve big games. Joe Namath and the Super Bowl. Mark Messier and Game 7. But now there is another guarantee unlike any other guarantee.

Cincinnati wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh guaranteed that the winless Bengals will not go 0-16 and they will win more than one game this season.

Houshmandzadeh even took his guarantee one step further.

?If the season ends and we don?t win a game,? Houshmandzadeh vowed, ?I will walk from my house to the NFL Network studios.?

Houshmandzadeh?s house is in Cerritos, Calif., 27 miles from the NFL Network studios in Culver City. If that weren?t challenging enough, the majority of the walk would have to take place on I-405, a heavily driven interstate.

?I never thought about if we will go 0-16,? the Pro Bowl wideout said. ?It never crossed my mind until you said it and asked me the question.?

Now that he has thought about it, Houshmandzadeh has added motivation to ensure his guarantee comes through like Namath?s and Messier?s.

Not that I?m not confident in Houshmandzadeh?s guarantee, but in the event the Bengals do go 0-16, and he does have to walk from his house to the NFL Network studios, I wanted him to have walking directions.

According to Google, the walking route is 25.4 miles and would take about 8 hours 26 minutes ? so boy, do the Bengals have a lot on the line!

Matt, they are possible wins, emphasis on the word possible. Not likely but you must admit the Brownies are not the team they were last year. Sorry, just being realistic.

Who wants Housh next year? He's a free agent and you can bet your bottom dollar 1) Mr. Brown will not pay him what he is worth, and 2) he wants his ass as far away from the Bengals as possible.
