jack - not playing the game, so i hope you hit but, just wanted to give you a warning before you unload too much.
if you look at the skins, they have upgraded in several areas -- wr(gardner w/a yr of experience is big, strong and fast and should flourish in this system), d.thompson and j.green give them some good 2nd and 3rd threats and doerring is an excellent possession wr), qb(hard to believe but shane matthews is certainly an improve over banks), lb(the best crew in the nfl)
they only potential downgrade in talent comes on the Oline. they have 2 great tackles but the middle was a little scary. the acquistion of brendan stai just changed that.
match-up wise, you are talking about a passing game genious(spurrier) going up against what might be the worst 2ndary in the lg.
in the preseason, the skins got fat(scored) off the guys that are now selling cars. however, the offense you saw there is much different from the offense you will see today. spurrier was using the pre-season to find out what he had in the passing game. he knows what he had in the running game. teams pinned their ears back and took off after the qb. much tougher situation for the Oline than the Dline. that will change today. you will see a much more balanced attack featuring their premier weapon, stephen davis.
the cards have no running game and they have a mistake-prone qb. they have one offensive threat, boston and he will be going up against 2 of the best young cbs in the game.
while i understand your situational bet, i don't like the way the teams match-up. just wanted to mention the pitfalls before you loaded up too much.
