If thats the case, then i would have to assume my calls have been from sports books, not touts, since I haven't called 800 or 900 numbers for tout picks. I generally don't answer, and when I did it was to say don't call my number any more. I have no desire to receive calls fom sports books asking me to reload my account. I'll reload if I want to, when I want to.

I had the same issue about 3 years ago. Someone from Vegas kept calling me. My wife would answer. I thought it was Fletcher for a minute. It ended eventually as I kept saying I was not me.

Poker Sites and Offshore can say what they want, they are selling your info.

I have never paid for anything or subscribe to anything. I have only given my cell number to 1 poker site and 2 sportsbooks. Everything else goes under my home number.

Now if they it got some other way then I cannot see how. Not many have my cell number.
