Eric - I have a rough idea what you are going through, and I don't envy you one bit. I booked hotel rooms in Vegas for years for groups that ranged as high as 250 rooms. Believe me, my phone never stopped ringing. Someone requested a King and they didn't show until 3am and only left were two queens. My phone rings. Somebody books two rooms and the second person has no i.d. Same thing - you know the drill. Anything and everything will happen. I'll try not to call you!

tips for this are completely voluntary as they usually are. i am planning to tip between $500 and $600 total for the whole function (not counting bartender because he gets tipped a buck or two at a time and does very well). nobody has to tip if they don't want to. fletcher was just looking out for ME, that's all.

the $100 it costs to attend is the amount they charge me (estimated - depending on how many drinks are served). last year it went over the $100 per person estimate but i'm not worried about it. drink and eat and be HAPPY :D
