Join Netflix and watch two great series . Outrageous Fortune( 120 episodes over several years) and Rake( 15 episodes). Both are really entertaining. One is filmed in Australia and one in New Zealand.
"Duel in the Sun" is just now starting on TMC. I am recording it for later.

Maverick (1994)

The Bridge on the River Kwai (1957)
The Bridge on the River Kwai stars William Holden, Jack Hawkins and Alec Guinness who play British and U.S. soldiers in Thailand during World War II. The story surrounds the building of a bridge for a railway line to be used by the Japanese and the British soldiers held in local Japanese prison camps who are ordered to work on its construction. This movie was critically acclaimed and became a financial success, winning a multitude of awards including the Oscar for Best Picture.

American Graffiti (1973) American Graffiti was a Best Picture nominated film directed by George Lucas with a stellar cast which included Richard Dreyfuss, Ron Howard and Harrison Ford. The movie paints a portrait of teenage lives in the early 1960s when driving Chevys and rock n' roll music were on the scene. The financial success of this film was the starting point for many of Lucas' subsequent film projects.

Rear Window (1954)
This is a classic Alfred Hitchcock thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat, or wheelchair, or what have you. The film starred James Stewart playing a man in a wheelchair with a broken leg who sits by his window and spies on his neighbors in the adjacent building. His girlfriend is played by the glamorous Grace Kelly and the two get involved in trying to piece together what seems to be an apparent murder committed by one of the neighbors.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975)
This is a film about one man's rebellion towards the staff at a mental institution brilliantly portrayed by a stellar cast of characters which included Best Actor winner Jack Nicholson and Best Actress winner Louise Fletcher. This film also took home the Academy Awards for Best Picture, Best Director and Best Screenplay to win in all five of the major categories, a feat that was not achieved since It Happened One Night in 1934.
