i would like to say thank you to all of you for your kind words but id be lying if i didnt walk around the house looking at different ways to end it i actually laughed when i thought about hanging myself cuz their isnt a beem big enough for my fatass!!!! im in soooooo much pain i sit here and try to read or wath tv and then my mind gets full of memories and my chest starts hurting i just hope its fast !!!! im tired of hurting it hurts so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the anxiety is truly horrible my man...I have been in the chair you are in..trust me I know the pain..
and it will subside and it will go away...and you will laugh out loud in a crowd weeks from now when you recall the very day..
but it doesn't start until you take a few deep breaths and tell yourself over and over again ..
I will get better..I will seek some help..
and I will make things great for me and my family again..
it happens my friend..believe me..I am a walking talking friggin living example of rock hard friggin' bottom of the puke barrell come back to be at the very least a good man and a leader of my family..
MAKE IT HAPPEN DUDE !!!!
and one day down the road you too can pass along the very words that have been passed along to you..

I'm 22 years old, and I have a friend, well, a kid I went to high school with who I've really never been "friends" with, but simply knew him, talked to him, yada yada kinda thing. Anyways, I work with his uncle and his uncle always talks about Mikey struggling with his college classes, his weight, no friends, no social skills, etc...He also told me that he thought his nefew would eventually get to the depression mode and might want to kill himself.
Well Mikey is at that point now, and he's gotta be watched and taken places, etc...
All I can say bro is stay strong. Get out of your house and do things. Hang out with friends. Do the things that make you happy. Whether that's watching movies, going shopping, playing cards with friends, going to clubs, etc...
JUST MAKE SURE YOU'RE DOING THINGS THAT MAKE YOU HAPPY AND HAVE FUN.
I'll leave this with a closing that makes me cry everytime I hear it, see it, and think about it.
