well, based on recent experience, you are guaranteed that any dog i play on the ML will blow a lead in the 4th quarter. with that said....
seattle (ML) 2 units to win 2.4. the return of lynch is really overrated, as seattle's running game has been just fine (maybe even better) without him. and the seahawks aren't as good as they've been the last 2 years. but like many here, i do not believe in this panthers team at all. i mean, sure, you have to respect the fact that they went 15-1, even against that weak schedule (not only did they get 6 games against cupcakes in their division, somehow losing one, they also played against the afc south. they played 4 playoff teams the entire season, and two of those were houston and washington.), but this is not a great football team. and i'm still having a hard time buying riverboat ron as a good head coach.
i think seattle's playoff experience will be a big factor, as will the fact that they have to feel like they are playing with house money after blair walsh's choke job.
i like the under, but it feels way, way too easy. i can't shake the feeling that this game somehow goes over the total.
pitt/den under (41) 2 units. even if roethlisberger is semi-healthy, the loss of brown is huge. it's hard to see very many big plays from that offense. and if jones has to play... it's hard to see pittsburgh moving the ball at all. on the flip side, denver's offense hasn't been anything to write home about this year, no matter who was at qb.
