jacksonville (-2.5) 2 unit. dammit, i never realized what a masochist i was until i started betting on the jags seemingly every week. they finally got chris ivory going last week, and for some stupid reason i'm hoping they will continue to do that against a houston d that allows 4.4 yards/carry.

new orleans (-3) 3 units. the saints have already beaten 2 top defensive teams their last 2 home games in seattle and carolina. the broncos have dropped 2 straight road games and are 0-2 ATS against the nfc south. i like the saints to finish off the sweep. denver's strength on defense is pressuring the qb, but brees is still excellent at getting the ball out quickly. he's only been sacked 12 times this season. and no talib again for denver.

green bay (-3) 3 units. tennessee is 1-10 their last 11 games as a home dog of less than 4 points.

chicago (-3) 2 units. the bears are 0-4 on the road. the bucs are 0-4 at home. SOMETHING'S GOTTA GIVE!!! the line movement in this game was somewhat extreme. hard to believe joe q public was lining up to hammer the bears. i think they're going to win this one in a shootout.

huh. all favs today. that never bodes well for me. fade away.

hey, we're both playing a team led by jay cutler. i'd say we're both masochists. :toast:

i just dug a little deeper and saw tampa allows 8.3 yards/pass attempt, which is tied for dead last with buffalo, cleveland, and new orleans. if there was ever a time for cutler to have a big day, this is it.
