Don't mind Skipper, he's just running his mouth. I'll fill you in on him when I talk to you. Most of the guys just pat him on the head every once in awhile and ignore him the rest of the time.

I'm thinking my gambling strategy for this trip is to visit off strip properties and getting established with a host. Tired of being ripped off by the MGM and CET groups.
What are some of the better and more generous casinos for comps and fair games?
Why should I play 6/5 BJ with dealer hitting soft 17 and playing 95% VP? Christ, I can give the off strip 4 hours of BJ and get a gourmet meal for 4 when the cheap fuks on the strip won't even throw in a shit buffet. Fuck Harrahs and MGM.
I used to win half the times I went out there prior 2006 and now I feel like I have no shot to win.

Palms used to treat me well when I was viable member of the community and they are not part of the conglomerates that own the Strip. I know they still have some good machines and I'm pretty sure the tables are still fair.
I play at Red Rock (a Stations casino). They have lower limits on weekends and I know they have 100% VP at every entrance...I played Black Jack a couple times, but usually by then I don't remember the rules....

I am staying at Orleans for 4 nights, and Main Street Station for 4 nights on this trip. All nights are comped, and my play will get me all my food. Both of these places are part of the Boyd ship. They treat me ok, but I've had a bitch or two along the line in my 7 years with them.
One thing with blackjack, you start playing, and they don't come and get your card for 10-20 minutes some times! I finally decided a while back that two can play at that game. I just won't play cards until they have me in the system. If I have to sit there for 20 minutes, that's fine. But, I love craps, and they have great $5 games (Orleans), and unless it's prime time on the weekend, I can always get on a not-to-crowded table.
Their VP pay tables are very good, and you get far more bang for your buck. If you are going to run a few hundred through a machine or two, you might as well get the best payback that you can, right?
I'll have a car, and if you want to ride down there with me, you can check it out.
