10-12 years ago we could pick up 5lb bags of wings for $4.99.......Grill um, sauce um then bake um, DAMN GOOD........and don't get me started on Brisket's......Damn Internet & Food Channel/Shows......

On the flip side, around here, you can find whole beef tenderloins for 5.99 a pound. Lunch meat cost more than that! Why is brisket more expensive than tenderloin?

I blame the cross dressers.

The thing that is out of control is flank steak. Shitty cut of meat that got marketed as some delicacy.
