CANADA currently sits in 13th place and Kazakhstan sits in 16th place.
In case you are unable to figure out how numbers work that means that Canada ranks ahead of Kazakhstan by three spots. Three is the number that comes after two.

I really like Canada, and I think it's a great country full of great people. However, for this discussion, 4 gold medals > 1 silver and 4 bronze = fact.
