Tell me when you've seen 2 better series ALCS/NLCS?

well, Pitt/braves was all time--sid bream chuggin' home ...
angels / red sox ...
astros / mets mike scott was god that series but Mets took it
cards and ozzie then jack clark in 5 game set in '85
im nto as good memory wise but for 2 at a time i doubt it ...

Angels/Red Sox & Astros/Mets were both in '86. Only other time when both LCS have been outstanding in the same year.
i don't even think it's in the top 10 that i've seen. i think the hou/stl series is better than this one was. two blow-out games doesn't make a great series, imo (19-8 and 10-3). the main thing it had going for it was, it was the bosox and yankees and overcoming the 0-3 and coming back to win.
