A Maryland tradition for over 100 years.

UPS just delivered 2 packages of these from my stepdaughter.

When I was a kid, little kid, growing up in Baltimore, my grandmother always had these for me when I visited, which was weekly until I got to be about 16 or so. I was always very tight with my grandparents.

Anyway, somehow my stepdaughter must have found out I liked these and sent me some. I haven't had these in years. Probably 30 years.

I know, boring thread but I was excited to get these. Brings back many memories from when I was a little kid.

Get some, you'll love 'em.

Have had them many times as a former colleague use to bring them to work and share with our sales team. I agree they're good, especially with coffee in the morning. I can never eat more than two of them or so though because I'm not big on sweets. I think he got them in Baltimore or Annapolis as I recall.

ain't nothing better than fond memories of grandparents and the things they showed us to enjoy..

16 of my first 18 years of life I ate my grandmothers cookin'

yea the SOB left me and mom ..have never cared that he did..

To this very minute...1 million meals and 25 women later..

I am yet to find someone who can cook the way my grandmother could.

granddaddy taught me work ethic...somehow the rest took care of itself..

smart folks...

nothing boring about those who give us unconditional love

Dangerously Delicious Pies? Baltimore Bomb Pie

"The Baltimore Bomb...It's loaded with Berger Cookies that melt down and swirl into a sweet, vanilla chess filling."

Very nice of your stepdaughter to think of you and send them over. Must be a good kid. And I bet that made those cookies taste even better.
