I read the link ABOVE, where you said it was TRUE when asked if you refused to return the money that wasn't yours.

That's good enough for me.

The Hilton paid us the money, we split it up between the team. Then they changed the rules after the fact. The money was gone and we told them that. They never pressed the issue......it was a 3 way tie, all 3 teams had the same record.....this was 7 years ago.........now get over it.

Hey, it's allowed you to sleep for all these years, but don't expect me to clap for your theivery.

If you expect anyone to believe you "spent" the money in a week, you are either STILL lying, or a complete degenerate. Either fucking way.......anyone who hooks up with you deserves to lose their money to you.

Congrats!

Hilton made an error and paid for their mistake. What's so hard to understand about that?

I'm surprised that The Hilton would even ask for the other two winners to return money.

Not that I owe you an explanation but here goes. There were 6 of us involved. Johnny Detroit put up the money and I put the team together. 5 guys from all over the United States. Once Johnny got the money he divided it up between the 6 of us 1/6 each minus the entry fee. Then after the Hilton changed their minds and asked for the money back all of us decided we had won it fair and square and voted to keep what they had already told us we had won. So we told the Hilton we were keeping the money and that was the end of it. The Hilton never said another word. So it was 6 guys making the final decision not just me.

Who in the hell wouldn't keep the money that a sportsbook paid them? Are you seriously telling me you would give money back to a sportsbook if they asked you to hand them it back?

A great feat nonetheless.

Hey, at the end of the day, whats done is done.

From a trophy perspective, you tied for second and third but hey, still a great accomplishment.

so for about a week you held a 3 way tie for first. Then Hilton went back and corrected it and you won third.
and 7 years later your still holding on to that 1st place win?

Ever see that Married with Children episode where Al Bundy talks about how he scored 4 touchdowns in one game?

The top 3 all had 52.5 points, it was a 3 way tie. See below.

Hilton had a little integrity in the matter. Other people obviously didn't.

Maybe the Hilton shouldn't have asked for the money back, in your mind, but they certainly had every right to!

I had a golf match with four other guys today, and I won $45. I was paid, and we sat at the bar for about an hour, and were going over the round. It came to one of the guys attention, that I was over-paid $10. Well, should I have said "tough shit"? One of the guys was out ten more bucks than he should have been. I gave him his $10, and had the money I DESERVED, left over.

Listen......I can't be your moral compass. You guys will do what you do. All I am saying is......The Boys has shown me all I need to see.

A) He's willing to take money that isn't his, and make excuses for whay he has done it.

B) He's willing to change his story about the situation a couple of times, which makes him a liar.

C) Typicle of people in this camp, he wants to cry foul on the people pointing out his nonsense!

In short, I have no reason to trust a guy like this.

I'm glad you dont want to be my moral compass, as you just today wanted to encourage police officers to lie in order to harass and intimitade an american citizen who was obeying the law.

He was an asshole, too, but the cop did the right thing.

Let's just hope you don't have to worry about an "american citizen" shooting a family member in the face some day, and the police saying, "Yeah, we saw that guy walking around, but what could we do?"

Because I'm sure your family's response would be: "At least you protected his rights........don't worry about it".
