The league is not even close to what it used to be. You want a statement on the current state of the game: Vontae Davis apparently retired at halftime of the Bills game today!! You talk about the ultimate selfish act. All most of these entitled players care about is $$ and publicity. I hope there is more to this than what has been reported but it looks like one of the biggest gutless self absorbed moves I have ever seen in the game. I hope one of his teammates kicks the crap out of him.

Jerry Jones pays millions because he makes a billion off entertainment dollar.
And like all entertainment .........when it ceases to have an audience it will go away.

are fans now supposed to stop going to games and donate additional funds to the school system to increase the pay of educators.
Americans over the last 2 generations have raised the me me me me me and only me child
is it any wonder entertainment comes before anything else?
Who said fans should stop going to games? Who said anything about donating? What does a spoiled child have to do with what American teachers are paid?
I said T was suggesting priorities in American society are twisted when athletes and movie stars make millions and teachers make very little.

The entire fucking system is fucked up. Don't get me wrong I love the USA and don't want to live anywhere else but things are not headed in the right direction...NO I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT TRUMP.
The people who educate our kids or the next generations are paid about the same or a little more than it costs to keep people incarcerated for a year. These glorified athletes who make millions and would most likely otherwise be losers with no education are role models for today's youth. NIKE knows exactly who they're catering too...It's nothing more than $$$. We are digging deep into the earth for more fossil fuels yet the solutions are available. Once we burn the ozone layer thin enough and the seas keep rising we are all fucked...
It's OK though sporting events now cost on the low average $500 for a family of four to go to a pro sports event.
NIKE is charging $150-$200 for sneakers that cost them $4-6 to make.
Teachers are making $750 a week before taxes and are expected to guide our youth to the future.
It's taken many years but I've finally realized it's a fucking - what have you done for me world with zero accountability and entitlement is at an alltime fucking high. No you don't deserve because the next person has it.
The entertainment world whether it's SPORTS...HOLLYWOOD or MUSIC has become the norm and it's not a good norm people.
