Jim, it would seem that the Top Cop (Raymond) and the Prosecutor (Agent 0659) in this case against you have either gotten caught up in this March Madness thing or have decided that the charges against you do not have merit and will not be persued.

I hope it is not the latter. Otherwise I will then have to rule on whether or not their crusade against BTJ qualifies as malicious prosecution.

Regardless of the reasons behind it, if this case does not move forward in the next 72 hours, I will have no choice but to dismiss the charges against you and I think that we all know that would be a miscarriage of justice.

On a side note Jim, I have to commend you for keeping your hands above the covers as there have been no reports to this court of you playing with your weiner since this trial began.
