Probably the only way someone is drinking this many beers is adding drugs to the mix. You know something to keep you up when you get tired from pounding so many. It would still be difficult, but possible IMO. Having some extra weight would probably be a necessity as well.

I've done a number of 50-60 hour binges without sleep.

you need to plan for the aftereffects though. Every 3-day weekend we used to start at 4pm on friday and push thru until about noon on Monday. Then hang sheets over the windows and go to sleep until 0500 tuesday morning so we could be fresh for work.

one time, a guy was still off his rocker showing up to morning formation on a tuesday morning.. our First Sergeant lit into him about being such an idiot.. blah blah blah.. how can you show up to work this drunk and hungover you turkey.. blah blah blah...
His response was a classic --- but First Sergeant, I did plan ahead! I stopped drinking at like noon yesterday, that's way more than your "no drinks 8 hours before duty rule!"

I've never come close to 50 but in college I had a friend bet me I couldn't put a case down in an hour using the beer bong. Well, I did it in a lot less than an hour. After about 30 minutes I puked, my friend felt bad because I did it in front of girls so he let me pass out in his bed so wouldn't drive. I guess I somewhat got him back because I didn't piss before I passed out and pissed all 24, minus the puke, out in his bed. :mj07: :mj07:

I know a guy that can and I have seen him do it in a lot less time. To make it worse, he is diabetic, and shouldn't even drink!

I don't think I could drink 50 12 oz bottles of water in a 24 hour period. I've had 6 beers my entire life, and that was all in one sitting. They tasted bad, and I puked. None since have crossed my lips.

I have posted for a long time, but read the forum everyday, despite life?s everyday setbacks I must say that the forum is one of the few things I look forward too. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!.

Any ways, back when I was in college I worked at a beer distributor and my boss always bragged about one of his softball cronies that could drink ridiculous amounts of beer without getting drunk. I always laughed and thought he was pulling our legs.

Well, there was a local softball tournament one weekend and I must attest I sat under the tent and lost count after I say this freak of nature drink 2 cases of beer, yes 48 beers from 8AM till 8PM while still being able to go out and play softball. I had other things to do but I can say without a doubt that drinking 50 beers in a 24 hour period may seem unbelievable, but shit this guy I saw at this pace he was going could have drunk 100 beers in 24 hours, maybe more.

I hope everyone is doing fine and just thought I would drop in say "Hello" with my TRUE story!

I could do it easily, wouldn't enjoy the next few days but have drank more than that on occasion. Now three Crown and Cokes and I am on my ass but could easily handle two cases and then two more in 24. 12 once of course.
