I don't know why there is even a discussion. The Boys is the one who brought up this wager. In fact, he made it a point to "call out" Penguinfan to initiate this wager. Penguin told him the terms and The Boys agreed. Nobody had a problem with it all season.

I'll go out on a limb and say the site traffic will absolutely not be hampered by The Boys not posting anymore. Everyone who can use the internet knows how to look up a movie review on Rotten Tomatoes.

There is no lets make a deal and play nice and just not enter eachothers threads. They both agreed to the terms. If the 49ers covered last night do you think The Boys would be doing anything less than insisting that Penguinfan be banned for good?

I don't even know how/why Jack became involved...

Penguinfan would have been gone had he lost, I guess we now know TheBoys was taking a free shot on a wager


Every time I see him post from here on out I will think what a little girl he is and think at the very least should manually change his name to "thegirls"

I think Jack got involved because Penguin knew The Boys would try and pull something like this and wanted the wager to be honored regardless. Not sure though. All I know is The boys called him out so it wasn't even like Penguinfan suggested the wager. The Boys did and now he wont honor it.

I won a wager in which the terms were clear. Explain to me why I should negotiate the terms again, now that it's over.

TheBoys, what would your reaction been had you won? Would you be allowing me to dictate terms after the fact? I honestly don't think so. Nobody in their right mind believes that.

Jack agreed to ban the loser. I don't see Jack as the type to not honor his word or the type to go all 9-year old on us and say "I didn't say when I would ban him".

Loser gets banned, that was the deal. You are in no position to negotiate terms at this point. I'm not the Hilton and I'm not going to overpay you here and let you keep the money. You made a wager, honor it.

If you won't I am sure Jack will. If for whatever reason Jack decides not to stand by what he agreed to then I will be disappointed. Not disappointed that you are still here, but disappointed he didn't honor his word.

I did not expect you to accept defeat with dignity, hell, I'm surprised you accept that fact that you lost at all.
