Yes. Every bike manufacturer is. But, I'm betting Harley will be the last to introduce a line of electric bikes.
They had prototype already in 2014:

I was riding home this afternoon..lots of runners and walkers in the neighborhood.....coming up the street I saw a young girl on one of those hoverboards....she was looking down at her phone and oblivious to everything going on around her...she was going uphill and moving at a decent clip.....
looked so odd....she was staring at that phone and if there had been a sinkhole in her path,she`d have ridden right in......
