Why? Because certain countries won't allow their citizenry to die or live with a disease or even continue in discomfort simply because they belong to a lower class. They also don't believe in bankrupting a person due to an illness. That's why.

And this'll probably blow your mind, but some countries even allow mothers and fathers over a year of paid time off to take care of their newborn(s).

FYI, I pay my fair share in taxes. I also pay property taxes here in Texas which runs about 2.5% of the value of your house.

since when is everyone in this country entitled to everything for free? Thats whats fucked up about todays world. I am glad the guy is fine but he should be paying for the surgery. Not the tax payers
