As an extreme introvert, I like having a place I can go to chat with people, without the obligation. Also, it is hard to find friends who share my interests, so this site definitely lets me be who I am.

i first came here with betting on my mind.

What's continued is a great place, a diversion from the every day. I come less for the handicapping and how just because I enjoy reading the boards.

Kudos to Jack...not only for keeping this a great place when things were humming but more so for keeping this a great place when things are more quiet in regards to sponsors and betting.

Despite the bs that comes up I appreciate all of the regulars and not-so-regulars here and am happy to have a place to come to every day.

Just reflecting on it, I don't know if anyone has gotten more out of this site than me! A few of my favorite scoundrels are from this place! Like Jes said- My world came from this place. I also met the guy that changed my professional path (Pt1gard) and taught me so much about the game of basketball and coaching. I've had people I didn't know send me hundreds of dollars to help a needy kid. Madjacks has NEVER failed me in a time of need. For shit sakes even my pets gamble and post here!:facepalm:

I am very thankful to Jack and his staff for keeping this place going and putting up with all the nonsense.

Madjack, you have literally changed the world my man!!!

Thanks to Jack who had a superbowl party in Vegas, in Feb 2007, where I first met the girl who went on to be my wife. I actually met her on the plane out to vegas that night. We didn't know each other then, we ended up getting together after she moved out from another madjacker's house.
