when a person starts a thread, how much control do they have over it? are there private threads for friends only and such.

I run a thread on another site that starts with co****.com i get about 10,000 hits a day and 20,000+ the past two days...it's a serious forum for cappers that want to trade ideas...the problem is that there is no control over the thread from the "kids" with nothing to offer but just bash. I'm looking for a new forum to discuss potential plays with serious cappers...you can check out my threads over there...very professional and very popular. if this isn't the right place...i will move along. Thank you.
btw. it's not hard to find my threads in the NBA forum on that site...it has 20,000+ hits on sunday and monday

thank you. it was crazy over there...my blog from yesterday got 503 replies...the mods took it off the forum boards. it was around 22,000 views. I need a nice quiet place to discuss overnight lines and such. i was here a long time ago but wasn't very active. thank you again.
