Not going to pretend to be some sort of expert on the rules....

But I would imagine if Tiger did get "special treatment" it has little to do with his skin color and everything to do with the fact that Tiger Woods is TIGER WOODS..

Prolly a million viewers, myself included, who are not golf fans but Tiger fans. And if Tigers not in it we wouldnt watch it.
