Typical service gets 20% from me. Great service, more, and depending on how great determines how much. Shit service gets 10%. MY regular NFL Sunday girl at BWW gets 50% because she always makes sure I get the same TV and seats, and I never have to ask for a beer, it's there when there's 2 inches left in my glass. We get VIP treatment there. My first beer is there before my ass hits the seat.

Plus she gets a generous Christmas bonus.

When we watch Packers games at a bar or restaurant, or do anything at a bar or restaurant during our trips to Green Bay, I definitely tip 30% or more to make up for friends tipping 15% or less . . . Usually having a great time at some of our favorite joints, and they are tight with their tips, I just don't get it.
