We are back from our trip.I tipped $50 at check in and we were upgraded 1 level and he gave us early check in, since it was 11am when we arrived. Others checking in had to leave luggage at bell desk until 3pm.

Had comped rooms but gave her a hundy. My wife was to embarrassed to come up to the counter with me. Lets just say it workedx10. Upgraded room/suite with pool view!!!!
