Maybe he was out with Irvin doing some lines. Of course Micheal was always innocent in his mind., surely t.o. is not that stupid. well maybe he is but I we be shocked if drugs are involved.

I can assure you this is not the case. I have a few friends that know TO pretty well, and they've told me for a long time that he take ridiculous care of his body and that, with all of the complaints one can have about him, drug and alcohol abuse are definitely not among them.

T.O. in hospital late TuesdayBy MAC ENGEL and CLARENCE E. HILL JR.
Star-Telegram Staff WriterS
Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens suffered an allergic reaction to pain medication Tuesday night and was admitted to Baylor Medical Center, according to a team source.

Terrell Owens' publicist, Kim Etheridge, said of the incident, "This is not serious." The source said Owens' status is unknown for today's practice and for the Cowboys' game Sunday at the Tennessee Titans.

KTVT/Channel 11 reported that a fire rescue team took Owens to the hospital, reportedly to the emergency room to induce vomiting. Dallas police did not confirm nor deny any details. Calls to Owens' agent were not returned.

Owens was on pain medication after he suffered a broken bone leading to his right ring finger in the Sept. 17 game against Washington. The next day, Owens had a plate screwed in to protect the bone so it could heal with no further risk of damage.

Cowboys coach Bill Parcells said Sept. 20, "the pain medicine made [Owens] ill."

The original prognosis was that Owens would be out two to four weeks.

But after having the plate inserted into his hand, the question was whether Owens could withstand the pain of playing and catching passes with the plate.

Owens has not practiced with the team since the injury. He caught passes Tuesday on the side from teammate Sam Hurd, and Parcells said he thought Owens would join the team for practice today.

"Yeah, the swelling has gone down pretty good," Parcells said. "He's caught some balls and he ran a lot [Tuesday]. [Today] he'll do something. We have a ways to go."

And Parcells said there was a long time before Sunday.

"If he can get to the point where it looks like he can function and he feels pretty good about it....It's just, can he withstand the pain of catching the ball? If he can withstand it, he can play."

However, after Tuesday night's developments, Owens' status for the rest of the week is uncertain.

Report: Owens attempted suicide
Posted: Wednesday September 27, 2006 9:19AM; Updated: Wednesday September 27, 2006 9:

WFAA-TV in Dallas is reporting that Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens attempted to commit suicide Tuesday night.

According to a Dallas Police report obtained by the station, Owens was depressed and reportedly took prescription pain pills.

WFAA says the report states a woman companion said that she observed Owens putting two pills in his mouth. The woman said the prescription of 40 pills was filled on September 18 and -- until Tuesday -- Owens had taken only five pills. The police report said Owens was asked if he had taken the rest of the prescription; Owens said, "Yes."

The Dallas Cowboys have no comment on the story.

Well if its true then it only confirms how much of a head case he really is. He has been nothing but a cancer with any team he has been with. Once again he was given an opportunity to redeem himself and walla. He has millions of dollars and is looking for a way out. Give me a break. Sickening.

"Flamboyant Dallas Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens tried to kill himself by overdosing on pain medication, even putting two more pills into his mouth after a friend intervened.

A Dallas police report released Wednesday morning said Owens told his friend "that he was depressed." Details of the report were first released by WFAA-TV. "
