For this era yes!! Not all time!!

But in my 46 years watching football he is the best QB I've watched in person and on TV!!

Era's evolve "T". Each has a different feel, chemistry, QBs mostly are bigger, faster and stronger than eons ago.

Not fair really to compare.

The Namath's, the Unitas', the Stablers', the Bradshaw's, the Staubach's, the Griese's, the Peyton Manning's, the Joe Montana's, the Steve Young's.

But what a run by Bill & Brady bunch and shit!! No one has the record they do in New England!!

LOL....I was crunching numbers last week on the matchups, and I actually like Atlanta getting points at this moment. They have the WRs the RBs, the QB, kickers edge really goes to no one, "D" goes to ???? Remember the strength of schedule, how they play away from home and on turface!!

You will see some edges that look to obvious to take NE, but in hindsight, you should study the game thoroughly if you are wagering on it!!

Brady is the best qb of all time. Shouldn't even be debated. None of the names you mentioned are to even be uttered in the same sentence as Brady. He is the Jordan or Gretzky of his sport. End of story.

Brady is among the top but would he be as good with the packers or steelers coach coaching his team ? I don't think so, Bellacheck ( bad speller ) is a heck of a coach.

That's ridiculous EZ!! LOL

Rules have changed in different eras. Expansion teams. Size of players, etc., you can't say one is better than this one or that one, that's like saying OJ is the best ever running back cuz I know Jim Brown was better than OJ.

You can be a Brady guy, no problem with me, but he's not the best ever and Air Jordan is not the best ever in the NBA, each era is different!!

Just saying.......

Feel free to let the masses know what Bill's record was before Tom Brady xstop :mj07:

T and I agree for once. Although I thought Brady was the greatest ever since his 6 SB appearances.

Dude should have 6 rings and game winning drives in several to boost that legend. Had it not been for 2 of the most amazing clutch throws/catches in Super Bowl history compiled with 2 of the worst super bowl defenses ever, Brady would have 6 and people wouldn't even debate it. Brady had the game winning drives in both of those, only for Eli to pull miracles out of his ass and NE unable to get stops on defense.

if not for the tuck rule, vinatari making the clutch fgs, seattle throwing on the 1 yd line, etc etc etc he would be lucky to have 2 titles for now. Guy went 10 years in a row without a title, despite his team being the fav or 2nd fav to win it all, all 10 of those years.

maybe he will finally win a super bowl by more than 3 points this time, so that we will get rid of of these what ifs?

Who put them in the position to kick those field goals?

Being the favorite in the NFL and not winning isn't the same as, lets say, the NBA.

I'd also argue that your "favorites" comment was likely based off pre-season and not once the playoffs started.

It's like you're knock against him is you're trying to make an argument that he's not clutch, or they under-perform :mj07:

Just like LeBron, people need to admit it with Brady....you were wrong

If he wins a 5th Super Bowl with 7 appearances, tough to argue otherwise as he will have beaten Montana & Bradshaw for most Super Bowl wins as QB and already most playoff wins and Super Bowl appearances for a QB. Patriots 9th Super Bowl appearance since 1985 season which is also awesome and 7th appearance since 2001 or After Tom Brady arrived, so 7 in 16 seasons if my math is correct. Brady says he wants to play into his mid 40's and he could as he's aging well.

However, tough to not like NE ML -150. I know Atlanta is playing well, but Bellichek is a defensive coordinator by heart and will figure a way to slow Atlanta like he did Buffalo like 25 years ago roughly

Lebron, Brady, 2 of the very best of competitors for our generation and few better competitors in years ahead IMO. I think money makes most athletes unmotivated, but not these guys as they could care less about $$$. Brady is almost like Michael Jordan in his competitiveness which is saying a lot. Lebron would likely beat Jordan in 1 on 1, (size, etc), but will never have MJ's burning desire to win. I had a hard time rooting for MJ, but like LJ, they are both competitive sob's who hate losing and win wherever they are playing.

AFC sucks past decade as a whole

Montana played against much better competition

Watch the film and don't think of win/losses

Brady gets home field every year thanks to playing in Division with 3 of the worst franchises in NFL...

I'm not saying he isn't elite... but you can't ignore the benefits and advantages of playing in the worst division every year combined with playing in the inferior conference every year...

Steelers and ravens go back and forth battling for the 2 seed and Peyton had a team in the mix most years but besides 1-2 teams a year, AFC Stinks

But regardless...he's still top 3-4 just hard to compare eras and opponents years later

Combine that with the cheating accusations and you have at least enough to make the argument against him being the best ever

You mean deflate-gate? The worst on-field mark in the NFL's history since I've been alive. Every QB's who's ever played says they all marked and got the footballs to their likings.

Speaking of Montana...that dude played with offensive and defensive hall of famers his entire tenure. Brady got a past-prime Moss who Brady turned back into a pro-bowler, Wes Welker who was a special teams and gadget player until going to NE, and lets not remind everyone that his best WR for a couple years, was one of their CBs :mj07:. Brady made it to 2 super bowls with some of the most historically bad defenses in modern history. Tom Brady just made his 7th SB appearance without his #1 weapon, and his top 3 WRs are all cast off #2 or #3 type WRs from other teams :mj07:

You line up Brady's stats + teammates and line them up with everyone else in the debate, and it's almost laughable and insane to debate.

I've experienced there are 3 type of people who say Brady's not the best. #1 haters, #2 people who are too stubborn to admit they were wrong, and #3 people who don't want to admit that he's better than the guy they grew up admiring. Don't worry though, 15 years will pass and another guy will come across probably better than Brady, and I'll be sitting here telling them they're crazy too :0corn

Remember the greatest show on turf? This game will be similar in my opinion. New England wins easy
