Yep, I have rules. My wife decided to have a party and broke some rules tonight. Pisses me off.

1st rule: Nobody touches my expensive shit in my liquor cabinet. I have a bottle of Patron special reserve tequila that's $100+ when I bought it a few years ago.

I get home and it's half gone. I don't mind if anybody touches the Cap morgans, Jack Daniels, Johnnie Walker, Cuervo tequila, Grand Marnier, Kahlua, Baileys, Grey goose, etc. However, I have a few expensive items in there I don't want touched.

Her response, "Who cares, just go buy a new one."

I have 3, yes 3 fukcing containers, and a list of rules a mile long.

Mixed Paper here, Containers there, reg trash here, different days, diff containers in the house, and out.


Every time I throw something away it's in the wrong place, and I get yelled at.

Separate the trash you dead beat. I have to go through the same shit with the dead beats i live with. Prolly one of those guys that throws loose trash in the outside trash cans. Put the shit in a plastic bag for goodness sakes. And the freaking caps from the bottled water you drink go in the regular trash not the plastic bin. You think you are funny sneaking the papers in the regular trash can. Kinda like those guys who sneak in the woods :142smilie

we used to be permitted to put anything we wanted out there and they would take it.

they provided us with a container that all trash must be put in and everything in that container must be put in trash bags, period. NO LOOSE SHIT!

anything not in that container will not be picked up, period.

you see. this fuking 'container' has a built-in bar on the side that the new trucks can pick it up without trash men. only a driver. if he can't drive up and grab the container with his automated bullshit, they ain't getting the trash, period.

sooooo, better make sure your "container" is sitting out there 'just right' or you're stuck another week with garbage. not to mention, the container doesn't hold enough for a family of 5!

of course, if you need an extra container, you can purchase one.

mine is picked up at the side of the house; don't even have to take it to the curb. Problems are very rare. Wife leaves out Christmas candy every year that she makes for the garbage men. They love it, and that goes a long way.

The recycling jerks are another story. Messy, and they pick and choose what they want to take. Lots's of the little plastic containers, they leave and I have to throw them away in the trash.
