If Woodson just "Bashed" me, he should be banned, tarred & feathered, and have to decipher all of Raymonds post!
1st of all, if you're dumb enough to post this here then I hope the trashmen who pick up your garbage read this and you get busted for garbage fraud.
That being said, one solution is to run down to Home Depot and pickup a painters drop cloth and a roll of duck tape. Should cost about $6 depending on your states sales tax. Hit the convenient store on your way home and pick up a bottle of anything and a dozen glazed donuts. Empty all four bags of trash into the drop cloth, duck tape the shit out of it, light it on fire and then drop it in your neighbors trash can. Holler at dementia lady that the devil lives in your neighbors trash can and is trying to get out. Call in sick, sit down on the drive way, open your bottle and enjoy your glazed donuts while watching the Schizo try and send satan back to the depth's of hell. Your neighbors definitely not going to notice the $1 (One bag is one bag even if it's a giganto bag) charge especially when his trash can is still smoldering in the street.
Again I don't condone this type of thing and your really should have thought about the reperecussions before you got yourself into this predicament. If you're not responsible enough to have 4 bags of trash then don't make 4 bags of trash.

Proble solved! The racoons got into the garbage last night and tore into to everything, it's spread all over the back yard........Snow tonight so it'll be covered up till April :00hour

no charge here either but we are only allowed one can (provided to us at no charge) and all the trash must be in that can and in tied plastic bags or they aren't picking it up.
we can get additional garbage cans that they will pick up for free but we have to pay some ridiculous price for the cans. one is enough normally. if we have extra i can be out there when they come by and put it in the truck myself.
if we have a shitload, like throwing away furniture, etc, we can call them up and they will pick it up at their convenience at no charge.
we have a good deal here now that i think about it :00hour
