Without the dynamic Richardson, this team has no chance, and not a lotta heart either. Don't see them playing any D.

san an -3.5 for 3 ............... over 97.5 for 2

game 2-0.............+5.0 units

tonight 8-5............+4.0 units

Hope the halftime team doesn't mind me jumping in here. I absolutely love this play and going big on it.

Toronto/Houston UNDER 92.5 x4

I wish we had more time to look at other opinions before we had to make a commitment. If you wait for others, you take a chance.....I'm gonna start throwing things out a couple minutes before half and see if anything sticks.

good idea nighthorse. I think another thing that should be considered with all plays, not just half-time plays, is to go against conventional wisdom and the "obvious" or what some may say "the right plays". I have noticed lately that when I look at a game and formulate an opinion, the complete opposite is starting to happen more and more. 3 weeks ago I thought I had a crystal ball in front of me. Now, I'm treading water and starting to sink. If it looks too good, it usually is.

P.S. This doesn't always work, but if I instilled a strategy similar to this a couple of weeks ago, I would be a lot happier now and would be winning a heck of lot more than I have been.

I replied in a thread earlier that the signing of a coach and taking the interim tag off the coach's name sometimes earns the coach respect that he didn't have the day before. This might be happening with the Knicks...have to wait and see. Could be that Milwaukee just can't be figured out.

Who could see Detroit not scoring a point for the first 4 minutes of the 3rd?????

I know the contrarian play is the way.....but it's tough to actually do it..at least for me. Your brain says this, so do that instead......it's difficult to do.

I've got to believe that a little more windex, and I'll be able to see through that crystal ball!!!

Dallas over was definitely a guy in the polyester shorts call. Look how easy the under would have been. The least I can do if I insist on being conventional is not bet as much.

Good to see some opinions here on the board...with reasoned arguments. Very interesting stuff.

I'm adding MINNESOTA +1 vs. SEATTLE (Millinium)
Line is a bit wacky, considering how hot Sonics have been. Minnesota played an awful game a few nights ago versus SANT, they won't let down again here versus a good West team. T-Wolves been playing well on the road, while Seattle is not in the "unfamiliar" surrounding of a return home. I also like the Steelman's arguments that several trends point to a MINN cover here.

PLAYING MINNE +1 vs. SEATTLE

Every now and then the very good teams lay an egg....they have to. Everybody has off days. 2 of em in a row is a trend. Minny should show us something tonight. Good luck, Nolan.

p.s. I've started wearing matching socks. Gotten a lot of compliments.

Observation number 27 on the night...be very careful of betting Dallas the rest of the season. I took them for the 2nd half -6.5...well...i look up and they had built a 16 point lead with 6 minutes left in the 2nd half...8 seconds left, they are up by 4. Nowitzki misses a free throw...Phoenix can cover the 2nd half number still...unreal. Thought it was money in the bank...have to sweat it out now.

1 for the good guys...a bit of a bail out play for me...congrats to Dallas 2nd half backers

You were right that Tor couldn't keep shooting like that. Who would have thought the Rockets would start shooting 60%+...just the way it goes sometimes......don't be scared off.

Come on back, Nolan. I still believe ;) The T-wolves should have at least one run in them to make this game close.
