I appreciate your respect for my passion and intensity! Please don't take this as disrespect and this is not the intention, but as far as you wanting me to trust YOU just because you WERE a fan from 1978 and have attended ONLY 100 or more IU games and have played golf with Coach Knight, ex players and alumni just doesn't warrent me to TRUST you that IU IS A JOKE RIGHT NOW AND SO IS MIKE DAVIS. I am sorry you feel the way you do about Indiana Hoosier sports, maybe though YOU should go back and look what was happening IN KNIGHTS LAST 5 YEARS AT INDIANA before suggesting that IU sports have become anything less then when he was there in those last 5 years. SINCE his departure, I vividly remember playing in a National Championship Game in basketball, WON 2 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS IN SOCCER, Had 18 Big Ten ATHLETES OF THE YEAR, Davis has brought in 4 Top 20 recruiting classes, 2 in the Top 10 and had Josh Smith and Rothbart came last year instead of going pro and overseas we would have a #1! No reason for me to go on and on, I do disagree with you and I am sorry you have lost faith in a school's athletics that I still cherish! As far as all the comments regarding the name drops of people you have played golf with and the # of games you have seen......IF ONLY YOU KNEW MY HISTORY WITH THE UNIVERSITY AND MY RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENTS FOR THE LAST 3+ DECADES!!!!
