I use the "dynamic health" brand.....apparently helps generate nitric oxide...good for your heart, your b.p...I`ve used it twice and my workouts are so much easier.....no caffeine bullshit...it`s actually good for you...

pretty shocked something so simple can work for you....we aren`t getting any younger...:0074

don`t gulp it down like water....measure it...start out using about a 3rd of a 3 oz Dixie cup....see what it does for you...and take it on an empty stomach early if possible....you can take a little more...but not too much...see what the lower dose does for you...

it literally is beetroot juice....and that`s what it tastes like...down it like a shot of whiskey....

google it...stuff works for me...

Thanks to the political correctness plauge it seems this poor sap was forced out so fast that nobody cared to ask the question should he be forced out???

When I first heard about the protests I figured maybe some kids were jumped/ beaten or something severe.... From what I can gather there was one kid who was called the N word and one other nimrod that painted a swastika on the wall in shit... Both of these things are terrible but out of what 30,000 plus kids this guy is held responsible for two peoples idiotic actions????

Well somebody at NBC is finally asking about it but a bit too late.. The guys career is already ruined

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough asked a liberal Pulitzer Prize-winning columnist Eugene Robinson to name ?specifics? on why University of Missouri president Tim Wolfe was forced to resign, and concluded that Robinson?s response was ?troubling.?

?Students have a right to protest, obviously, but what concerns me the most is the power of college football, the power of college sports?that once the football team said, ?we?re not going to play on Saturday? the hell with due process, the hell with any of it,? Scarborough said to Robinson, who appeared on ?Morning Joe? Monday.

?The football team wins and this college president is thrown out and we?re all scratching our heads going, ?is he a racist? Is he a bigot??? the MSNBC host then asked.

Robinson said he ?hasn?t been on the campus,? but that as far as students are concerned, the controversy was more about ?what the administration did not do rather than what it did.?

?There are a lot of African American students and other minority students on that campus who obviously feel that for whatever reasons the campus was not made to be a friendly, accepting and supportive place in the way that??

Scarborugh interrupted Robinson and asked for the ?specifics,? the ?reasons? why some students felt excluded, but the Washington Post columnist admitted that he didn?t know.

?Isn?t that troubling that you don?t know, a Pulitzer Prize winner?? Scarborough pressed further. ?This guy is run out as president of the university because a football team said ?we?re not going to play,? and neither you nor I reading these articles know what he did to evoke this type of response.?

You cite but two examples. What about a history of racism? Would that be enough for you? Or what about institutionalized racism? Does that work as well?

Here....I'll give you the Coles notes version as to not tax your brain.

The history of racially charged incidents dates back generations.

And the 2011 suicide of black swimmer Sasha Menu Courey after she was allegedly raped by several football players led some to question the campus commitment to investigating sexual assaults.

"Slavery wasn't abolished until 1865," Head said. "But we don't talk about that history here at the University of Missouri."

Head's social media accounts of having racial slurs shouted at him from a passing pickup truck helped spark a renewed protest movement at Missouri that culminated Monday with the resignation of university system President Tim Wolfe. Hours later, the chancellor of the Columbia campus, R. Bowen Loftin, was forced out.

On Friday, the now-former chancellor issued an open letter decrying racism after a swastika smeared in feces was found in a campus dormitory. Loftin's delayed public response drew condemnation from Jewish student groups and a coalition of 35 organizations, on and off campus.

Among other recent events, members of the Legions of Black Collegians, whose founders include a recently retired deputy chancellor, said slurs were hurled at them by an apparently drunken white student while practicing for a homecoming performance.

Resentment of Wolfe escalated after black protesters blocked his convertible during the homecoming parade and subsequently criticized the university leader for not speaking with them.

In 2010, two white students were arrested and expelled for scattering cotton balls outside the black culture center in a clear reference to slavery.

Protests again flared Tuesday as hundreds gathered in the shadow of Jesse Hall, the main administration building, for a graduate student-led rally.

"Mizzou is the golden calf of the entire state, and for many people who would otherwise stay silent, it caused them to have to respond," she said. "If the football team did not make a position over this, this would have been a long drawn-out event that would have further embarrassed the state of Missouri."

What the stories fail to mention is the strong support for Wolfe and Loftin's ouster from the FACULTY. Due to the current structure of academia, faculties are often positioned against one another - such as humanities and sciences versus business and engineering - for a myriad of imagined and pragmatic reasons. In order to galvanize and rally various faculty members to support a singular cause, well, one can only imagine how egregious the situation was for this to transpire.

Willful ignorance is a helluva thing.

Peace! :)

remember..this isn`t like downing a 16 oz red bull.......it`s not going to be like taking a couple of crossroads(ahh, the good ole days.:0053.)

it`s a healthy way to help increase stamina and energy...start with less and see how you feel...I think the instructions cap the doseage at 4 oz.....this stuff is supposedly concentrated....

you`re not gonna be bouncing off the walls...I think the idea is that the nitric oxide lets the blood vessels relax and you get increased bloodflow ....

we`re not blood doping here...it`s just a little help....

btw..don`t be alarmed if your pee and *stuhls*look a little more flamboyant...:SIB

Did the president of the university commit those atrocities? Again......He is out on his ass, while the shit smearing, rapes, name calling, etc, will continue on down the road. These stupid fuckers act like they cut the head off of the snake, when the snake isn't even in the jungle.

As part of his job, a president of the university needs to respond to improprieties that occur at the university or improper actions enacted by members of the university swiftly and accordingly. Inaction is a form of acceptance, particularly for a person in his position. And the fact that these actions occur and continue to occur at that particular university without reprisals speaks volumes.

Peace! :)
