hip replacement ... doing great , walking on my own with no meds .... hips are flexible and can feel my golf score going own .. cant wait to play to see what driving a golf ball feel like now i will able to turn on it x21:.

I had back surgery on July 20th. Recovery has been difficult as I was restricted from lifting objects including my 4 year old kids.

My mood has also been a lot better. Weird huh?

Good to hear buddy,

Went through hip surgery 2 years ago. For me, I noticed right away I could move around better. Started running again and had ZERO pain when it was killing me before. Was only running a couple of miles a day before I went in, went in for surgery and recovered for a few months and I worked my way right back to 5-7 mi. daily. The best thing was feeling better though, not in nagging pain at the end of the day all the time.
