Both these teams would get stomped in the SEC. Let me know when USC beats the SEC champ in a bowl. They might beat up on Arkansas, but they will never beat the SEC champ. !

What kind of mentality does it take to make an asinine statement like this.....

I am not so sure that there is any mentality involved if someone really believes that. More of the SEC fraud that has brainwashed people for years.

Bush is good, no doubt. I would like to see him play LSU or Auburn to see how he responds to contact though. He never gets touched out in the Pac-10.

I stayed up for the whole game. Good game and Fresno hung in there til the end. I wish they would have run the ball at least once or twice when they got down to the 30 with 2 minutes to play.
I love Pat Hill.
Very frustrating game to watch. Just got so many issues with the whole thing, so I will comment/vent a little.

USC's offense is damn good. But all the credit goes to Bush and Leinhart. No one touches them for most of the game. I mean, is the best offensive line in the history of football??? Leinhart has 10 seconds or more to throw on each and every play. They NEVER get called for holding. They run the ball-they open holes my great grandmother could run through to score. And still never hold.
Just reminds me a lot of the Patriots. Patriots O-Line is very good. But how can you possibly block that good for an entire game and NEVER hold?
I think Bush and Leinhart are in for a rude awakening in the NFL. Bush is great, but most of the time he's running through gigantic holes.
The Pac-10 is absolute garbage. The whole thing really is such a joke. USC's great offense just beats the shit out of awful defenses.

The whole nat'l champ. system sucks for this reason and several others. I just hate to see it come down to USC/Texas when there are other teams out there worthy of a chance.

I despise USC, but I also wanted them to lose to expose, yet again, the crappy BCS. Even if TX and USC win out, that doesn't mean it "worked" this year. LSU has played one bad half of football and lost their only game in OT. Penn State gave up a TD on last play of game to Michigan...only loss. Put them both in the Pac-10 and they are unbeaten.
Got to have a playoff, this stuff is ridiculous.

Not saying USC or Texas would not win it all. Good chance they would. I just want to see it. I want a fair system.

Also, did USC win impressive enough last night? Maybe they should drop.....see how stupid that sounds.

I didn't have a ML for the game. I wanted to do a ML parlay with Fresno and GaTech. Felt like there was something in the air last night. I made some money though.
Tennessee really dicked me. Had them on a 10-pt teaser with Notre Dame and Duke. Everything else went really good. Just wish Fresno had won.

A joke. USC would get drilled by Auburn.

That couldn't have been USC a couple of years ago that dominated pre-season #1 Auburn (at Auburn)...no way a Pac-10 team could have done that. Must have been Tennessee's team playing in USC's unifoms.

Did I say USC in 2003? Auburn 2003? No. But what a great comeback.

You see Hoops (based on your name, I can tell you know a lot about football), but Auburn wasn't a very good team back in 2003. They only went 8-5 with an offense that made this year's Alabama team look like the Colts. We went out and got ourselves one of those west coast offensive gurus (Al Borges) and now we are little bit better.

2003 ppg =22.6
2004 ppg = 32.07
2005 ppg = 34.18

But yes, USC would drill 2003 Auburn if they played again. I just prefer to talk about the present.
