I got Seattle winning big. That being said so far this year it seems every time a team is not given a chance they cover.

cold temps benefits which team, more?

http://espn.go.com/blog/minnesota-v...ings-p-p-playoff-game-is-going-to-be-c-c-cold

"AccuWeather's forecast for Sunday calls for a high temperature of zero degrees at TCF Bank Stadium."

like any game played in the NFL...

it favors the team with the better QB..

why....because is now a QB driven league..

and in Seattle's case..

their QB has shown the ability to throw for 300 yards and run for a 100 yards.

and has super important game creed up the yazooooooooo

funny how everybody thinks Teddy is just penciled in for a subpar game here....just 2 weeks ago Wilson choked at home against the Rams, and the Vikings are actually peaking better than Seattle as a whole.

not really...

minn...4-3 last 7 ...averaging 27 points giving up 21 points a game

seattle..6-1 last 7....averaging 32 points a game giving up 14 points..

seattle crushed 5 of their last 6 opponets

including Minn...who they held to 9 First Downs and 125 TOTAL YARDS IN THE GAME

Viking played gusty this year..can't take it away from them ..and they needed to...

last 2 years just another team to turn off the set to...this year they catch Chic beat them and Det beat them twice down and split w/GB [a shit year for them].....solid effort all in all .

Ready for the Big Bad Wolf"....we shall see but that ain't peaking on the same mountain top as Seattle..

and they are a 6 point DOG AT HOME for good reasons..

Will need to play their game of the year to win this matchup..

can they cover the home -6:SIB ...back doors have made many a capper smile like he or she knew something.

one thing is for ...Seattle is coming to crush Teddy ...my guess is they will.

has the status of beast-mode been determined definitively?...from what I`m reading,it`s much more likely(barring a setback in practice) that he`ll play...and carroll was saying 20 carries isn`t out of the question....

that`s a big deal....

but even given that minny`s been better on the road of late(as has seattle),6 points seems way out of whack to me...

least you have bragging rights for the season

I know you have went rounds with some on here....mostly regarding the NFC north crowns over the past few years

don't remember who, but I know that was a constant issue thrown back in your face in the epic greenbay vs Minnesota threads that this site has seen

purple went into green bay and beat the prior nfc north champs.....regardless if seattle rolls, you have all off season to be happy with the strides Minnesota made, and the regression we all witnessed in Greenbay.

I still love Rodgers, but or now, Minnesota wears the crown

I will answer everything in this post.. I won't be bragging about winning the division, is it nice yes for the fact that the Packer fans can't brag about it. Packers won the Super Bowl in 2010 and have bragged about winning the division which is ridiculous to me when you get bounced early every year with the QB many from WI were saying is in the top 5 all time and better than Favre.. Pllllllleeeeaaassssee, this year showed that Rodgers needs to have the talent around him and another season where he can't win the big game on the road, getting bushwhacked by the big boys. Vikings are a team building the blocks and they are loaded with young talent, mostly on defense, that defense is only going to get better and improve. The offensive line is a mess when they had two injuries to start the season, you only hear about the guys in green whine about Jordy but try losing your starting center and right tackle in a preseason game? They started two rookies on oline and it shows.

Now to the Seattle game.. Don't worry about the Vikings defense and what they have given up. They played a lot of games banged up, when their entire starting unit is playing they give up 15 points per game and I think the entire unit will play waiting on Lindval Joseph at the nose. Seattle will score some cause of Wilson, he escaped a lot of sacks the first time around and the Vikes were playing both back up safeties. He had a field day but the big problem is the Vikings offense, Teddy has no time to throw and no
Big time receiver to depend on. Have to hope Ap gets it going and they are able to hit a play action play. Maybe Patterson can return a big kick if he doesn't fumble it. I'm expecting Seattle to win a 20-10 24-13 type of game cause the offense isn't good but the Vikes do have a couple things in its favor. Everyone and I mean everyone is on Seattle. If you were quick you could have got Seattle -3 (-120) right away Sunday but that line shot to 5.5. Also you have a team who really turned around after Seattle waxed them. Lastly the Vikings are well coached and should be well prepared, will they be able to execute?

I hear you...i agree that seattle is the last team I`d want to face first up in the playoffs...still,laying 6 or 7 on the road in 0? temps after bludgeoning the same team earlier in the year seems like an awful lot to ask....minny`s not going to want a repeat and I`m sure the media and every swinging dick in minny is reminding the vikes every day about that earlier debacle...

should be interesting...

20 degrees is plenty cold for me haha
