Vikes may as well not show up on Sunday.

Also I want to have a few pops during the game :)

:0008

Understood sir. Good luck. The Vikings have made me a tremendous amount of money this year (by my standards not a MadJack millionaire).

I'll be cheering for the Vikings this weekend. I would love to see the seahawks go down!

On the course!
Face value is more than $52. Certainly more than $36. I believe the prices are set by the league. (I could be wrong on that.) Tickets this week in GB had a face over $123

Too bad of a seat? Too cold!?!?? Poor Parking!?!??! Better view at home!!!??!!! Too far to drive!!??!!! Bandwagon fans!!!!???!!!!!

And you are a hard core fan and won't go! Wow. You disappoint me...

I guess you forgot about the Packer playoff game two years ago, when "fans" were dumping their tickets because it was going to be so crappy out.

"the bunker"
the Vikings have drafted smartly the last several years.....eric kendricks and barr were excellent early picks that panned out...they seem to be getting better the longer they play together...

greenway is the old vet in the lb corp...a solid group that the 2 new guys make much quicker and more versatile ..they also drafted sharrif Floyd on the d line and 2 number 1`s since 2012 that start in the def backfield...when you make those early draft picks count, you get better...

you can see that they had a plan and it seems to be paying dividends..look at the schedule and notice how many teams were held to 20 pts or less as the season wore on(aside from the hag debacle, the Viking d was consistent in limiting points allowed).....question is,can the offense pull it`s weight this weekend?..

this game and the Bengal/ steeler game are really interesting match-ups...

corps not corp....

Where it is real F ing COLD
Maybe it's my heart and maybe it's because I listened to Bill Parcels, but I am getting more confident that the Vikes will cover and quite possibly win this game. I am loving the fact that EVERYONE is picking against them from squares to sports talk to even the local media. This is playing right into the Vikings hands as far as that goes, but this is a much better defensive team than what Seattle seen a few weeks ago.

ain't none of that changing the notion that ..

one ..they gotta keep Teddy alive...

two...they gotta stop a team that is steam rolling right now..Screw the Rams game..those two will throw up on each other in church..

Minn. was hammered 38-7 in this same igloo and managed 125 yards of total friggin offense in the whole game..and the best player on the team had 18 yards rushing on 8 carries...and our QB still only threw the ball 28 times ...and one was an INT...

now ya get back some first stringers and all is right with the world..

ok..............

wife told me yesterday.."It could get ugly."

she ain't missed a game 14 years..Directv..it's a beautiful thing..

Go Vikings...

I haven't missed a game in 37, no I understand what you are saying, but the cold and wind neutralizes Wilson a bit and the downfield throwing. You have a team who steam rolled coming in with probably the same game plan, Peterson will get the ball more than 8 times in this one. It's going to be fricken cold outside, really cold, which offensive line is going to get the big push? Seattle isn't just going to run the defense over and they can't pick on the same guy over and over and over and over and over and over. You say forget the Rams game but since the Seattle game the Vikes have covers 4 straight and remember Seattle got them at the right time off a deflating loss to the Packers, they were flat. Teddy has to play better but the whole team had to play better and I would think with coach Zim and players embarrassed against the team that kicked their ass would be motivation enough. I know it's a lot of if's and hopes but it's all I got!

Wasn't that the year Rodgers was hurt and a bunch of knuckleheads were too cheap to send in their playoff money when it looked like the playoffs weren't possible? Then it was going to be 50 below zero or something.....

Also the Packers have had many home playoff games in the last 15 years and demand is still higher than in Minny.

Yeah, it was going to be cold, and no one wanted to buy the tickets to go freeze in the cold. Same thing you are suggesting the people in Minnesota are doing.

:nono:

Similar but not quite the same. The Vikings haven't been in the playoffs much you'd think the fans would be lining up. Plus the game that you reference in Green Bay was projected to be 30-40 degrees colder than this one.

Don't forget.....

Vikings fans are soft. They need to wait until Metrodome 2.0 is done before they will show up. Hopefully the parking is better there too!

I predict the stadium will be half full. The game will be the coldest ever on record. The Vikings will win. 250,000 people will claim to have been there just like the Ice Bowl.
