Why would Minny not take the holding penalty, which would back them up 10 yards and make it 3rd and whatever and out of FG range?
I dont mind declining that call....
3 early points is no biggie.....why risk getting a defensive holding, PI, etc & giving them a 1st. Plus another shot to get a first down or TD is something I'd rather avoid.

I guess the 44 yarder is no gimme ether but I still would have pushed them out of FG range.
